Mike Bisbing

Mike has been employed by the Anoka-Hennepin school district since February of 1992 and currently serves in the capacity of Vocational Coordinator.  He lives in Vadnais Heights with his wife, Diane, and two children, Jordan and Mikayla.  His hobbies include anything having to do with the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and dog training.  Mike enjoys reading and spending time with his family at their cabin in northern Minnesota.

John Sprague

John is the Assistant Director of Human Resources for Anoka County and lives in Big Lake.

 

Natalie Steffen

Natalie is a former Anoka County Commissioner and former Commissioner of the Department of Human Services.  She currently is on the Metro Council.  She resides in Ramsey.
 

Mara Staiger - Vice Chair

Mara works at Minnesota Life.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a B.A. in German and Spanish.  Mara is a sibling of a woman with developmental disabilities and has been a member of ARC for over 32 years.  She enjoys international travel and kickboxing.

Irene Stecher

Irene is an Information Technology project management consultant and a partner in Zehi Group, LLC, a project management training company.  She is a former Blaine Planning and Charter Commissioner.

Barbara Nellessen - Chair

Barbara is the Vice President of Service and Sales for Village Bank in the Blaine office.  She has worked for Village Bank for six years.  Barbara was born and raised in Germany and now resides with her family in New Brighton.

Ann Sheldon - Secretary

Ann Sheldon is Director of Patient & Contact Solutions at Medtronic, where she has worked for the last 11 years. She lives in Lino Lakes with her husband, Tom and their children Emma and Michael. Ann is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. She enjoys volunteering with her church and Girl Scouts and for hobbies enjoys reading, gardening and being with her family.

Mel Patrick

Mel is a Pastor at Nazarene Church in Mora.  He is a retired carpenter and lives with his wife Carol in Coon Rapids.  They have six grown children and fourteen grandchildren.

Susan Holden

Susan M. Holden, is a partner in the law firm of Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey, LTD.  She has distinguished herself representing injured people. She has also been selected many times by her peers as a Leading American Attorney and Super Lawyer, including Top 40 Personal Injury Lawyer and Top 50 Women Super Lawyer. Susan served as President of the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2005-2006. She was one of 25 women recognized in 2005 by The Business Journal as a woman to watch in Minnesota's business community. She was also selected by Minnesota Lawyer as one of 15 Attorneys of the Year in 2005 in recognition of her efforts on behalf of Minnesota's legal profession.  She is a frequent author and lecturer on such topics as trial practice, substantive law, and ethical leadership in the profession.

Greg Ganyo
Greg is the owner of Insurance and Financial Services with Farmer's Financial Services for over 23 years.  A graduate of St. Cloud State University, a livelong Minnesota resident, Greg now resides in Lino Lakes and has three daughters.

Jerome Clavel - Treasurer
Jerome is currently a Senior Product Manager with Medtronic Inc. in their Cardiac Rhythm and Disease Management Department.  Jerome holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and a Master of Engineering from the Ecole Centrale Paris, in France.  He worked extensively in Europe and Africa before coming to Minnesota.  Jerome resides with his family in Edina, Minnesota.
